Tinplate material

Packaging Design
We offer a range of packaging solutions designed to provide our customers with a high quality and efficient packaging service.
In terms of packaging design, we offer 3D models, which means we can visualise the appearance of our customers’ tinplate packaging, thus enabling them to preview the look and feel of the packaging before they invest in the tooling. This visualisation technology not only increases customer satisfaction, but also saves customers cost and time.
In addition to design solutions, we also offer a one-stop sourcing service to help customers source all the materials and accessories required for their packaging from suppliers across China, such as butter paper, blister inner trays, sponge inner trays, acrylic fittings, metal locks and plastic handles. We have long-standing relationships with a number of suppliers and can offer a diverse selection to provide our customers with more flexible packaging solutions.
Printing
Depending on customer requirements, we can offer a wide range of customised surface finishing options, including 3D engraving and flat engraving. In addition, we can also choose four-colour or spot-colour printing on one or both sides according to customer requirements, and offer a customised service for external over-varnishing or matt varnishing. For the interior, customers can choose between gold or clear varnish and can choose different materials for the inner tray, such as flock, PVC and PET, depending on the product requirements. These personalised solutions are designed to enhance the overall effect and appeal of the product. In short, we can offer a customised combination of production and printing process services to suit the characteristics and structure of our customers’ products.
The choice of printing ink is a crucial part of the manufacturing process for tinplate packaging. The tinplate surface printing inks used by our company are all environmentally friendly and meet food grade standards, allowing direct contact with food and are harmless to human health.

Mold Development
In order to meet the needs of different customers, our company has its own mould department, which can develop different shapes and sizes of iron box moulds for customers, greatly reducing the time for customers to develop new products.

In mould manufacturing, we have adopted a variety of modern manufacturing techniques and technologies, such as computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing, EDM and CNC machining, in order to improve the precision, stability and reliability of moulds. We have also introduced testing equipment such as high-precision CMM, X-ray flaw detector and metallographic microscope to ensure that the quality and performance of our moulds meet our customers’ requirements.
